Venue Management by HÉ Hospitality & Events
Events at Het Meisjeshuis are organized by HÉ Hospitality & Events, a local Delft-based
hospitality and event management company. In addition to Het Meisjeshuis, we manage
multiple event venues and operate a staffing agency specializing in hospitality and
promotional staff.
We believe success starts with understanding the wishes and needs of our clients and
translating them into the perfect event execution. Our goal is to exceed expectations and
create memories that last a lifetime. We love bringing together high-quality products with
excellent service to create the ultimate “wow” factor at every event.
In Delft, we collaborate closely with other historic venues such as Het Huis van Lambert van
Meerten, Cultuurtempel De Pels, Museum Prinsenhof Delft, and various local hospitality
partners. This unique collection of event locations provides a fantastic opportunity to connect
events with the city. These venues can be seamlessly combined, for example: a plenary
lecture can be held at Museum Prinsenhof, followed by a meeting at Het Meisjeshuis, and
dinner at De Pels. We are happy to serve as your central point of contact to coordinate
everything. Together, we ensure a smooth experience and unforgettable events in the

Details of Het Meisjeshuis
Het Meisjeshuis features three halls along with two outdoor spaces. Each hall is equipped
with free high-speed Wi-Fi, projectors, flip charts, and natural daylight. We can also provide
sound equipment, including two speakers and a central control panel.
Sociëteitszaal
The spacious Sociëteitszaal is located on the ground floor. It features a bar and French
doors leading to the terrace, making it ideal for receptions, dinners, and gatherings.

Zaal IDA
Zaal IDA is the largest room on the first floor, making it ideal for meetings, presentations, or
lectures for larger groups.

Zaal Heiltje
For a more intimate setting, we recommend Zaal Heiltje on the first floor. This hall is perfect
