All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen with a cosy dining area. The living area is comfortable and cosily furnished and offers a SMART TV and Chromecast. There is also a reliable high-speed internet connection. The bedrooms have comfortable box-spring beds. The stylish bathrooms have a shower, a vanity with drawers and a heated mirror. Towels, kitchen and bed linen are provided in each apartment. Household appliances such as a washer/dryer, a hoover, iron and ironing board are provided as well. For year-round comfort, there is air conditioning that both heats and cools in all apartments. The apartments are non-smoking and pets are not allowed
Guests have access to a communal courtyard garden and a modern gym. The lobby offers coffee facilities and a number of workstations, making it an ideal place to meet and work for a while. The apartment complex has a lift and is highly sustainable thanks to its 100 solar panels. For guests arriving by car, there is a large car park a 3-minute walk from the accommodation.
